Meet Layla

Growing up with ballet and dancing, moving her body mindfully is something she’s very passionate about. She hopes to empower women to see movement as a privilege and a part of their well-being.

Having a corporate career ensured she sat behind a desk most of the week, making her feel lethargic. In 2019 she decided to make a lifestyle shift and started practicing pilates as a part of her daily routine and never looked back.

She hopes to inspire people that exercising is an investment in yourself, your body, and your mind. Find something that makes you feel good and make this part of your lifestyle.

Besides wellness and movement being essential in her life, some of her other biggest passions are styling, fashion, and creating content to inspire others.

It is in her natural character to make sure everybody feels great and empowered. Embodying this feeling through hosting a wellness retreat and curating life-enriching experiences is close to her heart.

Hosting retreats combines her biggest passions all in one. Travel to the most beautiful places and handpicked venues, taking care of guests, nourishing them with the freshest ingredients, styling locations, and creating an aesthetic scenery that everyone can enjoy.

She redefines the essence of travel and well-being. Curating life-enriching experiences, thoughtfully designed with your self-love and well-being in mind.

Blending this with mindful movement will give you the ultimate experience and she can’t wait to welcome you.

Certified Yoga Teacher / host

Amber

Naturally, she has a passion for helping others in finding balance and relaxation. In 2019 Amber earned her 200hr Hatha Yoga Certification in beautiful Thailand. Afterwards, she extended her expertise with a 200hr Yin Yoga certification in 2021.

Combining the dynamic practice of Hatha with the calming benefits of Yin, her classes are designed to suit all levels and help you achieve both physical and mental well-being.
